By accessing or using Remix Camera ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

2. Description of Service

Remix Camera is a subscription service that lets you upload photos, train a personalized AI model, and generate AI portraits and remixes inside the app. We continually iterate on features, so the Service may evolve without prior notice.

3. User Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of all photos you upload. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and transform the images solely to deliver the Service. We never sell or share your photos outside of fulfilling your order.

• You must have the rights to each image you upload
• Content must comply with applicable laws and be free of offensive material
• You can delete images from your library at any time

4. Payment, Shipping, and Refunds

Charges are due at the time of purchase or renewal. Subscription access is delivered digitally in-app. If something goes wrong, contact support so we can assist or offer a refund when appropriate.

5. AI-Generated Artwork

Portraits are AI interpretations of your photos. While we aim for delight, results can vary. Generated content is provided "as is" without warranties regarding accuracy, realism, or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We safeguard your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. Data is only shared with trusted vendors required to provide the Service (e.g., Google, AWS).

7. Prohibited Uses

Do not use Remix Camera to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy
• Attempt to reverse engineer or interfere with our AI systems
• Exploit the Service for commercial resale without written approval
• Submit harmful, harassing, or otherwise unlawful material

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Remix Camera is provided without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using or inability to use the Service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features or legal requirements. If we make significant changes, we will post an updated date above. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
